Meet Our Director

Orin Allen joins DeBree Football from Utah, bringing extensive experience helping high school athletes pursue opportunities to continue their football careers at the collegiate level. Throughout his time working with athletes, Orin has helped countless young men navigate the recruiting process and work toward their goal of playing at the next level.

​

His experience with recruiting is also personal. Both of Orin’s sons currently play college football, giving him firsthand experience navigating the recruiting process not only as a mentor, but also as a parent.

As Director of Football Recruiting, Orin will oversee the recruiting operations for DeBree Football and work directly with our athletes and families. His focus is simple: make sure every DeBree athlete has someone in their corner working to help them get seen, get recruited, and find the right opportunity at the next level.

What Does the Director of Football Recruiting Do?

 

The Director of Football Recruiting serves as the leader of the recruiting process for all DeBree Football athletes. Once an athlete signs up for a DeBree recruiting package, Orin takes the lead in managing that athlete’s recruiting journey and ensuring they receive the support, exposure, and guidance included in their package.

The Director of Football Recruiting is responsible for:

​

• Overseeing recruiting for all DeBree athletes and helping each athlete develop a plan for reaching the next level.

• Managing athletes after enrollment, serving as a primary point of contact throughout their time with DeBree Football.

• Managing athlete social media and recruiting exposure, helping athletes build their presence and get their information in front of college programs.

• Overseeing the creation and development of recruiting film, ensuring athletes have quality film and materials that properly showcase their abilities.

• Guiding athletes and families through the recruiting process, including communication, exposure, expectations, and next steps.

• Building relationships with college football programs and coaches to create additional opportunities for DeBree athletes.

• Tracking each athlete’s recruiting progress and helping ensure that every athlete receives the services and support included in their DeBree package.

 

At DeBree Football, our goal is to provide athletes with more than just exposure. We want every athlete and family to have someone actively helping them navigate the recruiting process from beginning to end. With Orin leading our football recruiting operations, DeBree athletes will have a dedicated resource focused on helping them take the next step toward playing college football.
